Superintendent Mircovich, enjoyed spending time this morning greeting students and answering questions for parents over at IPS and GJM's "Meet the Teacher" events! We can't wait to safely be able to have our students back in the classroom. Go Big Blue! #InglesideStrong

As the first day of virtual learning is nearly upon us, we want to share some information with you that will hopefully answer some of your questions and alleviate any reservations you may have about this new journey we are about to embark on together. This year, our teachers will utilize Google Classroom to deliver instruction to their students. During our Meet the Teacher event that is scheduled for tomorrow, August, 20, Paper packets will be available and distributed to each student. As stated under the Online Distance Learning and Teaching section, students MUST engage with the academic material on a daily basis and will be required to submit daily assignments. For your convenience, Google Classroom can be accessed through a mobile device for assignments to be uploaded. This can be done by uploading a picture of students completed work to their Google Classroom. At this time, Chromebooks will not be provided as they are on back-order. As soon as they become available, IPS will get a message out to all parents with information regarding distribution. We appreciate your support and patience at this time.
